Outgrow Accounting & Finance was built on a simple belief — every business owner deserves financial clarity. Too often, business owners are expected to make critical decisions based on incomplete information, outdated reports, or a gut feeling tied to their bank balance. Over time, I’ve seen how much that uncertainty costs — not just financially, but in stress, hesitation, and missed opportunity.
That perspective comes from working across a range of industries, including real estate investment groups managing commercial office buildings and industrial assets, multi-site operations, nonprofit organizations, and a $30M corporation. I’ve also supported franchise owners as they scaled from single locations into multi-unit operations, giving me a practical, firsthand understanding of what growth actually requires — not just in theory, but in execution.
Through those experiences, one thing has remained consistent: when business owners truly understand their numbers, everything changes. Decisions become more intentional, growth becomes more sustainable, and confidence replaces guesswork. That’s why every engagement, regardless of size or stage, begins with the same foundation — creating clarity, building trust in the numbers, and turning financials into a tool for leadership rather than a source of confusion.
I hold an MBA from Eastern Washington University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and I’m a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I also earned a Six Sigma Black Belt, which shaped the way I approach financial systems — with a focus on structure, efficiency, and building processes that support sustainable growth.
